1. General Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all products sold on Big Milk. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless the software does not work and our team confirms the issue directly through a verified screenshare session (AnyDesk or TeamViewer). If we cannot verify a fault, a refund cannot be issued.

2. Troubleshooting & Verification

Before a refund is considered, customers must:

  • Follow the installation instructions provided inside the download pack.
  • Open a ticket on our Discord for support.
  • Complete a troubleshooting session with staff, including a live screenshare.

If the customer refuses a screenshare, we cannot verify the issue and therefore no refund can be provided.

3. What Qualifies for a Refund

A refund may be issued only if:

  • The cheat/software does not function on the customer’s PC, and
  • Our staff confirm during screenshare that the issue cannot be fixed.

We will take reasonable steps to ensure the software works on your PC where possible. Video proof is not accepted; verification is performed only by our staff.

4. Time Window

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. A staff member may extend this window at their discretion via a Discord ticket.

5. Pauses or Transfers

In some circumstances, we may offer:

  • A subscription pause, or
  • A product transfer.

This is handled case-by-case through a Discord ticket and is not guaranteed.

6. No Refunds for Bans

We do not offer refunds for game bans, anti-cheat detections, account losses, or misuse of the software.

7. Chargebacks

Any chargeback or payment dispute will result in:

  • An immediate ban from our services, and
  • A report to anti-fraud networks.

8. Privacy

We do not store screenshare recordings or any personal data obtained during troubleshooting sessions.
